Your stand includes:

• 2 Spotlights on back wall
• 2 conference tables 120x50cm
• 2 charis
• Graphite grey carpet

Our whole range of products to personalize your stand is available in the left column and orders can be placed directly online.

We offer several graphic services that you can read more about under Print-Graphics in the webshop.

The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

Order in advance 

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

BUILD UP: Sun April 27th at 2pm-8pm
BREAK DOWN: Tues April 29th at 1.30pm-6pm

Opening hours for visitors:

Mon & Tues at 8.30am-3.30pm

GOODS HANDLING

All goods handling is managed by Malmö Mäss-Service.

Goods can arrive weekdays between 7am - 4 pm.

Goods can arrive from: April 22nd
Goods must be picked up: May 2nd
