Your stand includes:

• beMatrix walls, 3m back wall, 1m side wall on both sides
• 3 stretched fabric with frame
• 3 spotlights
• 6m² carpet
• 1 40" tv on a floor stand
• 1 bar table, black tabletop
• 2 bar stools Sidney, black
• 1 electricity with a three-way socket

We offer several graphic services that you can read more about under Print-Graphics in the webshop.

The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

A delivery fee of up to 750 SEK will be charged in connection with any additional orders.

Order in advance 

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

BUILD UP: Mon May 5th at 4pm-6pm
BREAK DOWN: Wed May 7th at 3.30pm-4.30pm

GOODS HANDLING

All goods handling is managed by Malmö Mäss-Service warehouse. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing goods will be charged according to the Mäss-Service tariffs. 

Goods can arrive weekdays between 7am - 4 pm.

Goods can arrive to our warehouse from: April 28th (May 1st, closed)
Goods must be picked up from our warehouse: May 9th
