Your stand includes:

• White stand partition walls, 2.5m high
• Graphite gray carpet
• Electricity 10A 230V with 3-way socket
• 1 spotlight per 4m²
• Cleaning the evening before opening and after day 1
• 1 bar table, white
• Bar stool Oslo, black

We offer several graphic services that you can read more about under Print-Graphics in the webshop.

The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

Order in advance 

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

BUILD UP: 

Tue Sept 23rd at 7am-8pm

Wed Sept 24th at 7am-9.45am

BREAK DOWN: 

Thur Sept 25th at 4.30pm-10pm

Opening hours for visitors:

Wed Sept 24th at 10am-6pm

Thu Sept 25th at 10am-4pm

GOODS HANDLING

All goods handling is managed by Malmö Mäss-Service warehouse. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing goods will be charged according to the Mäss-Service tariffs. 

Goods can arrive weekdays between 7am - 4 pm.

Goods can arrive to our warehouse from: Sept 19th. Refrigerated and frozen goods can be received from Monday, September 22, at 10:00 AM.

Goods must be picked up from our warehouse: Sept 30th
