Note: The stand walls must be returned in their original condition. Any damage will be charged.

Order in Advance

To ensure delivery and avoid additional fees:

• Orders placed after Oct 2nd: +30%
• Orders placed during build up/move-in: +50%

A delivery fee of up to 750 SEK applies for any additional orders.

Build up/Move-in and Break down/Move-out

Build up/Move-in:

• Oct 23rd at 8am-6pm

Break down/Move-out:

• Oct 26th at 8am-12am

Visitor opening hours:

• Oct 24-25 at 10am-5pm

Freight Handling

All freight handling is managed by Nordic Expo Service. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing goods will be charged according to our rates. See prices under General Info – Forklift and Freight Handling MalmöMässan.

Goods Receiving Times:

• Goods receiving is open weekdays from 07:00–16:00
• Goods can be received from: Oct 20-23rd
• All goods must be picked up no later than: Oct 29th
