As an exhibitor, you receive a complete foundation to build upon. Your stand includes:

• 3x2m stand area
• 1 bar table
• 2 stools
• Printed wall to stand 2x2m

Note: The stand walls must be returned in their original condition. Any damage will be charged.

Order in Advance

To ensure delivery and avoid additional fees:

• Orders placed after Sept 15th: +30%
• Orders placed during build up/move-in: +50%

A delivery fee of up to 750 SEK applies for any additional orders.

Build up/Move-in and Break down/Move-out

Build up/Move-in:

• Mon Oct 6th at 4.30pm-6.30pm

Break down/Move-out:

• Wed Oct 8th at 1pm

Freight Handling

All freight handling is managed by Slagthuset.
