Note: The stand walls must be returned in their original condition. Any damage will be charged.

Order in Advance

To ensure delivery and avoid additional fees:

• Orders placed after Nov 4th: +30%
• Orders placed during build up/move-in: +50%

A delivery fee of up to 750 SEK applies for any additional orders.

Build up/Move-in and Break down/Move-out

Build up/Move-in:

• Tuesday Dec 2nd at 8am-8pm
• Wednesday Dec 3rd at 7am-9am

Break down/Move-out:

• Wednesday Dec 3rd at 5pm-10pm

Visitor opening hours:

• Wednesday Dec 3rd at 9am-4.30pm

Freight Handling

All freight handling is managed by Nordic Expo Service. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing goods will be charged according to Mäss-Service's rates. See prices under General Info – Forklift and Freight Handling MalmöMässan.

Goods Receiving Times:

• Goods receiving is open weekdays from 07:00–16:00
• Goods can be received from: Nov 28th
• All goods must be picked up no later than: Dec 8th
