As an exhibitor, you receive a complete foundation to build upon. Your stand includes:

• 1 conference table 120x50cm
• 1 conference chair
• Electricity

Note: The stand walls must be returned in their original condition. Any damage will be charged.

Order in Advance

To ensure delivery and avoid additional fees:

• Orders placed after Oct 22nd: +30%
• Orders placed during build up/move-in: +50%

Build up/Move-in and Break down/Move-out

Build up/Move-in:

• Tues Nov 11th at 12am-5pm

Break down/Move-out:

• Friday Nov 14th at 2pm-5pm

Freight Handling

All freight handling is managed by Stadshallen.

Goods Receiving Times:

• Goods can be received from: Nov 10th
• All goods must be picked up no later than: Nov 14th at 5pm
