Order on time and save money
Please note the last date for ordering, stated at your trade fair. Normally 3 weeks before the start of the fair. After the last date, we have higher prices which is +30% on the price list. From the day of moving in, the prices are +50% on the price list.
Changes / Cancellation
Contact the person which is the contact for your fair/ event for changes or cancellations.
Change / Cancellation of product less than 10 days before the start of the fair will be charged full price.
Payment terms / Complaints
Payment against invoice 10 days net. Invoice must be paid before the fair starts.
If Malmö Mäss-Service needs to make changes to the invoice after invoicing, an administrative fee of SEK 500 will be charged. It is therefore very important that you enter the correct information when ordering.
If you want the invoice as an email in PDF format, mark this in the check-out.
Prices are in SEK and excluding VAT.
After the due date, interest on arrears will be charged at 15.5%
Other delay costs / reminder fee are charged to the buyer.
Comments and complaints on the invoice must be made within 8 days after the invoice date.
All prices refer to rent per piece during the arrangement period unless otherwise stated.
Malmö Mäss-Service delivers ordered products to the stand unless otherwise stated.
Transport costs can be added at fairs / events which takes place outside MalmöMässan.
Late orders can lead to delivery problems
Damage or loss is compensated by the exhibitor. All rented material must be returned in the same condition as upon delivery.
