EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

You have booked a stand with a stand package or floor space only. Malmö Mäss-Service will send an order confirmation for what is included in your stand at a later date.

Our whole range of products to personalize your stand is available in the left column and orders can be placed directly online.

We offer several graphic services that you can read more about under Print-Graphics in the webshop.

The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

These are the 2024 prices and will be adjusted for 2025.

Order in advance 

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

BUILD UP: May 6th at 8am-8pm
BREAK DOWN: May 8th at 4pm-10pm

Opening hours for visitors:

May 7th at 9am-5pm

May 8th at 9am-4pm

GOODS HANDLING

All goods handling is managed by Malmö Mäss-Service.

Goods can arrive weekdays between 7am - 4 pm.

Goods can arrive from: May 5th
Goods must be picked up: May 12th
