EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Your stand includes:

• White back wall and optional partition walls
• 10A electricity

Note: Carpet is not included and must be ordered separately through Malmö Mäss-Service.

Our whole range of products to personalize your stand is available in the left column and orders can be placed directly online.

We offer several graphic services that you can read more about under Print-Graphics in the webshop.

The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

Order in advance 

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

BUILD UP: April 22nd at 10am-8pm, April 23rd at 8am-9.30am
BREAK DOWN: April 24rd at 4.45pm-10pm

April 23-24 at 10am-4pm

GOODS HANDLING

All goods handling is managed by Malmö Mäss-Service.

Goods can arrive weekdays between 7am - 4 pm.

Goods can arrive from: April 17th
Goods must be picked up: April 30th
