EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Your stand includes:

• White wooden walls 1x2,5m
• Electricity 10A incl 3-way socket

Our whole range of products to personalize your stand is available in the left column and orders can be placed directly online.

We offer several graphic services that you can read more about under Print-Graphics in the webshop.

The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

Order in advance 

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

BUILD UP: March 13th at 8am-8pm, March 14th at 7am-11am
BREAK DOWN: march 15th at 10.30pm-12pm, March 16th at 10am-3pm

Opening hours for visitors:

Friday March 14th at 1pm-9pm

Saturday March 15th at 11am-4pm and 5pm-10pm

GOODS HANDLING

All goods handling is managed by Malmö Mäss-Service. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing goods will be charged according to the Mäss-Service tariffs. Please see the prices under General Info - Forklift and Goods MalmöMässan.

Goods can arrive weekdays between 7am - 4 pm.

Goods can arrive from: March 12th
Goods must be picked up: MArch 18th
