EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

STAND PACKAGE 9 sqm and up:

Walls, a 1x1m storage room, rental carpet in a color of your choice, 1 spotlight per linear meter of wall, electrical connection, cleaning, and a free choice of furniture from the following categories: Tables - Bar tables, Bar/Counters - Cabinets (non-illuminated), Chairs - Bar stools, Brochure stands (limited availability on some items). Note: The cost for items included in the booth package will be deducted after reviewing the order.

BUDGET STAND:

Walls, rental carpet in a color of your choice, electrical connection, 2 spotlights, sign 70x100cm – exhibitor's name from the stand booking in black text on a white background (contact Malmö Mäss-Service if the name needs to be changed), 1 white info desk, 1 bar stool, 1 brochure stand, and cleaning.

THEMED AREA STAND:

Placement along the wall, approx. 2x2 m floor space, carpet, electrical connection, spotlights, bar stool, bar table, and a shared sign for the subject area above the stands. A 70x100cm sign with the exhibitor's name from the booth booking, black text on a white background (contact Malmö Mäss-Service if the name needs to be changed).

The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

Order in advance 

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

BUILD UP: December 3rd at 8am-8pm
BREAK DOWN: December 4th at 5pm-10pm

Opening hours fo visitors:

December 4th at 9am-4.30pm

Goods can arrive weekdays between 7am - 4 pm.
