EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Your stand includes:

• There are different types of stand packages that include different products. Contact your project manager or organizer if you are unsure of what is included in your package.

Our whole range of products to personalize your stand is available in the left column and orders can be placed directly online.

We offer several graphic services that you can read more about under Print-Graphics in the webshop.

The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

A delivery fee of up to 750 SEK will be charged in connection with any additional orders.

ORDER IN ADVANCE 

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

BUILD UP: November 5th at 12am-5pm
BREAK DOWN: November 8 at 5pm-8pm

GOODS HANDLING

All goods handling via Malmö Mäss-Service.

Costs for unloading, loading and handling of your arriving goods will be charged according to the current tariff at Mäss-Service.
