As an exhibitor, you receive a complete foundation to build upon. Your stand includes:

Explore our wide selection of additional products in the webshop (left column) – where you can easily order everything from furniture to decorations. We also offer professional graphic services under the “Print–Graphics” section of the webshop.

Note: The stand walls must be returned in their original condition. Any damage will be charged.

Order in Advance

To ensure delivery and avoid additional fees:

• Orders placed after Feb 13: +30%
• Orders placed during build up/move-in: +50%

A delivery fee of up to 750 SEK applies for any additional orders.

Build up/Move-in and Break down/Move-out

Build up/Move-in:

• Mar 4th at 8am-6pm, must be booked in advance
• Mar 5th at 7am-8pm

Break down/Move-out:

• Mar 8th at 4pm-10pm
• Mar 9th at 7am-12am

Visitor opening hours:

• Mar 6th at 10am-7pm
• Mar 7th at 9am-6pm
• Mar 8th at 10am-4pm

Freight Handling

All freight handling is managed by Malmö Mäss-Service. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing goods will be charged according to Mäss-Service's rates. See prices under General Info – Forklift and Freight Handling MalmöMässan.

 Goods Receiving Times:

• Goods receiving is open weekdays from 07:00–16:00
• Goods can be received from: Mar 2nd
• All goods must be picked up no later than: Mar 11
