EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Your stand includes: Electricity, table and chair from Malmö Live.

It is possible to personalize your stand  by ordering equipment such as carpet, electricity, screens, plants, tables etc 

Our whole range of products is available in the left column and orders can be placed directly online.

We offer several graphic services and can assist you with wall graphics, frame-strung canvases, prints ect.

SUBMIT YOU ORDER WELL IN ADVANCE TO AVOID LATE FEES

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

Last date: 13 sept

BUILD UP: Oct 2nd 3pm. Those in High, from 6pm. Oct 3rd 7 am - 9.30 am.
BREAK DOWN: Oct 4th after 3.15pm.

GOODS HANDLING:
All goods handling takes place via Malmö Mäss-Service from September 27-29 and must be picked up October 9th at the latest.
Gods can be delivered to Malmö Live october 2nd.
