EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

You have through Diversified ordered either a Shell Scheme package or a Space only stand.

A shell scheme stand includes white wooden walls, carpet, electricity, spotlights, cleaning, 1 table, 2 chairs and name board with your company name. See example above.
A Space only stand only includes white wooden walls ( not island stands) and cleaning. Everything else must be ordered and organized seperately.

In our webshop here on the left hand side, you can order equipment to your stand such as; electricity, counters, podium, shelves etc. 

We offer a number of different graphic services and can help you with signs, tensioned banners and other graphics.

SEND IN YOUR ORDER IN GOOD TIME TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES.
Orders made after last date- the price list +30% applies.
Orders made on site- the price list +50% applies.

MOVE IN: 
November 14; 12pm-6pm- ONLY Space Only stands
November 15; 7am-8pm- ALL stands 
MOVE OUT: 
November 17; 5pm-10pm- ALL stands
November 18; 7am-12pm- ONLY Space only stands

WALLS: After the exhibition the walls should be restored to original conditions, any damage will be charged the exhibitor.

GOODS HANDLING: Costs for unloading, loading and handling of your goods will be charges according to the current tariff at Malmö Mässan.               
CHILLED GOODS: Place in cold container must be pre-booked.
