In our websop here on the left hand side, you can order more equipment to your stand,
such as counters, screens, plants etc.

We offer a number of differens services and can help you with signs, stretched fabrics and banners.

SEND IN YOUR ORDER IN TIME TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES
Orders made after last date- the pricelist +30% applies.
Orders made onsite- the pricelist +50% applies.
Last date for orders: October 28th

MOVE IN: November 7th 12am - 5pm
MOVE OUT: November 10th 3pm- 9pm

CONFERENCE OPENING HOURS: 

Wednesday November 8th, 7.30am - 7pm

Thursday November 9th, 7.30am - 10pm

Friday November 10th, 7.30am - 1pm

WALLS: After the exhibition the walls should be restored to original conditions. Any damage caused, will be charged the exhibitor.

GOODS HANDLING: Costs for unloading, loading and handling your arriving goods will be charged according to current tariff at MalmöMässan.
